No job is too big or too small for Jake, he is available over the phone for short meetings and shows up 10 minutes early for large meetings. Jake was able to provide our project with critical feedback from big picture pricing to fine assembly details, all at a moments notice. My first experience was renovating a condo in downtown Denver. The condo was a foreclosure property that needed to be completely gutted and redone. Jacob Down and his team from BuildCo developed a renovation plan which entailed redoing all the floors (placed wood), renovating the entire kitchen (new appliances, island, and cabinetry), painting walls, and redoing all the bathrooms. I was very happy with their work and lived there for four years.

I was so pleased with my first experience that I recently hired them again to do some consultation work regarding a house purchase. Mr. Down helped me with the inspection, made recommendations regarding areas of the house that needed to be fixed that we negotiated for in our contract, and suggested other areas for improvement.
